How about all the “Focile Follies” during the Crossing the Line ceremonies.  Sad how things that were once good fun and tradition fall from favor with the political wind.  Sadder still that careers suffer when “examples “ must be made.

I have a distinct memory of attending a boxing smoker on the Eisenhower where the between round boards were carried by male sailors dressed as females. I bet I’m not the only one who experienced that. I guess it’s not politically correct now.
