This is my last outreach as Executive Director as I am turning over the controls to Megan Buriak, who currently serves as Director of Marketing and Finance.

 

My final shot across the bow is simple. Every member counts and makes the organization stronger. We are a unique band of professionals comprised of pilots, aircrewmen, and maintainers – that is how we operate and deploy. We fix, we fly, and we fight – always as a team. We are rotary wing and tilt rotor.

 

Additionally, we are a relationship organization. The relationships we make at the squadron and aboard ship on deployment are lifelong and purposeful. These same relationships remain powerful throughout our military careers, even when we transition to our next adventure. The camaraderie, networking, and mentorship are alive and well, whether active duty or retired. And looking out after one another and paying it forward are what we do.

 

I am thankful for the wealth of friendships that I have made through this privilege to serve as Executive Director.
